The beds are comfy and well-maintained.
Upon arrival, I had to wait for my room well past the 4 PM check-in time, which was incredibly frustrating given that my schedule was tight. The manager's attitude added to my irritation, as she brushed off my concerns with a rude tone instead of offering any real assistance. the phone line in the room wasn’t working, forcing me to repeatedly walk to reception for what should have been quick resolutions.

Our five-night family stay was awesome, especially with the room upgrade to a suite and the fantastic view of the city. It was lovely to unwind at the pool and enjoy the spa services after a long day. The breakfast variety could use some improvement, but overall, we felt relaxed and cared for. 😊

Recommend it for family with kids
We had a warm welcoming from Miss Rima and Miss Danah at the front desk! They handled our check-in quickly and even upgraded our reservation which was a nice surprise during our stay.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for what we got, it was acceptable.

The emaar is a lovely hotel just a stone's throw from the bab al salam gate. we had a twin room with comfortable beds and daily cleaning. the front of house guy was super polite and guided us well. also, there's a supermarket next door, which is really handy for essentials!
the shower screen was missing part of it, so water would drizzle onto the floor.

Super close to the mosque!
Had a comfy stay in a quad room. The location is perfect for visiting the mosque, just a quick stroll away. The bed was super cozy, and they offered nice coffee and tea in the room. Oh, the breakfast was decent, but I wish they’d consider serving fresh omelets next time. The only hassle was the late check-in.

The location was superb, just a short stroll to the mosque, making it very convenient for prayers. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including delicious poached eggs, and the staff, particularly Khalid and Dana, were attentive and genuinely eager to assist. the room felt run-down and not properly cleaned upon arrival, with limited amenities and inadequate service by the staff, particularly when I raised my concerns. while the experience had its highlights, there were considerable discrepancies that detracted from the stay.

The hotel's modern decor and spacious lobby created a serene atmosphere, making it very easy for me as a senior to navigate comfortably. The staff were incredibly supportive, ensuring all my needs were promptly met throughout my stay.
More variety in breakfast options would be beneficial.

The hotel boasts comfortable beds and clean rooms, making for a restful stay. It’s located just a stone’s throw from the mosque, with a supermarket nearby for essentials and a variety of dining options just a short walk away.
The setup of the family connecting room is disappointing, with cramped spaces and inadequate amenities. Some rooms have maintenance issues like missing shower screens leading to wet floors, and breakfast lacks variety, often serving the same uninspired dishes daily. I experienced some delays in room readiness upon arrival, and the inconsistency in daily cleaning left me wanting more attention to detail.

This hotel was just an appropriate option for a brief visit in Medina with good price value. The staff offered speedy help when I needed assistance with directions to nearby attractions, which made my stay more enjoyable. Consider bringing your own snacks if you're picky about breakfast, as the options are limited.
